As you get older you’ve got to stay positive.
For example, the other day I fell down the stairs…
Instead of getting upset I just thought, ‘Wow, that’s the fastest I’ve moved in years.’
As I said before there are many downsides to getting old. Not that getting old should be seen as a bad thing. But when you feel mentally fit but aren’t as physically fit it is kind of sucks. So when you find anything remotely positive you need to just go with it. There isn’t many upsides to aging there are lots of aches and pains. You start to slow down and cant get around as fast as you used to. So when for example, you fall down the stairs, you cant get upset.
You should just look on the bright saide and think that’s the fastest you’ve moved in years. It is better to look on the bright side of things, rather than being so negative all the time. You won’t get far if you see things so negatively. So find ways around doing things you used to before. Humans are good at adapting so you need to just figure out ways of doing things that suit you now you’re older. Never be upset that you can’t do the things you used to. All good things come to an end, and be happy you’ve been around to experience those things, and are still about today.
