I know it is easier said than done. Especially if you’re not the one going through it. But please, listen to me. You deserve happiness. So the steps you can take to achieve that if letting stuff go. Stop getting sad about small things. If you can’t control it, then dont sweat it. What’s the point in worrying anyway, that won’t change anything will it? Apart from make yourself more unhappy. And it’s time for you to be happy again.
So try not getting so emotional if you have no power to change it. What will be will be. It will work it self out in the end if you stress or not. This is a message to all the over anxious people who can’t help but worry. Don’t waste precious moments being sad over the small things. Have a cry by all means, or have a down 5 minutes, then pick yourself back up and carry on. You are strong and can do this. Don’t let silly things get you down.
