Drinking enough water can boost metabolism, while being dehydrated can lead to you feeling unnecessarily hungry as your body is confused about the lack of liquid.

You need enough water for easy passage of waste through your system. Unless you have another condition, or a poor diet, being constipated is usually a sign of dehydration.
6. UTIs
Drinking enough water can remove bacteria from the bladder, preventing these irritating infections from happening at all. The water literally flushes out all the bad toxins.
7. Bad moods
It takes only extremely mild dehydration to result in irritation or moodiness due to changes in the brain chemistry. Next time you feel grouchy try grabbing a cup of H2O and surprisingly your bad mood could lift.
8. Muscle cramps
You can go for yoga or massages to counter this, but it may be just as simple as drinking enough water. Blood circulation slows down when you don’t have enough liquid in your system. Your vital organs and muscles will take priority, like your heart, so other muscles might cramp.
