Someone you don’t have to explain yourself to. No matter what.
No matter who you are, you need to have someone you can rely on. You need someone that you can call, or vent to. Not only for your mental well being but for compainionship and sanity. You cant keep well having thoughts and feeling built up in side. Sometimes it’s not something you can turn to family for. So a friend that you can count on no matter what is very much needed. You can’t go through life without having anyone you can trust, even if it is just that one friend. You don’t have to be close, just need to know that they will be there should you ever need them, and you’ll be there for them too. Thats what a no matter what friend is.
