My to-do list for today:
-Count my blessing
-Practice kindness
-Let go of what I can’t control
-Listen to my heart
-Be productive
-Be calm and just breathe
This list is something I feel we should all live by each day. Wake up and be grateful for a new day. Don’t let any stress or bad thoughts cloud your days. So, be calm and just breathe, you’ve got another whole new day to do good things, so make sure you go about your day with kindness and positive thoughts.
Practise kindness.
As long as you are kind that is already one thing easily ticked off your list. The rest will follow. When you put good vibes out into the world, you are sure to attract only positive vibes back.
I read once gut instincts are guardian angels, I truly believe if you follow your gut instincts then you’ll be safe. If it doesn’t feel right then don’t do it. The same can be said for ‘listen to you’re heart’. If you do then you will never be disappointed because you did what you thought was right at the time. That way when you’re old and have had your fun, you’ll never look back and regret the things you didn’t do.
Finally, anything that is stressing you that you can’t control then find the strength to move on. This stress and worry will just hold you back and will make you unable to concentrate on whats going right. Don’t let it consume you, move on to more productive things!
