Mother Shocked To See Her Child Bowed His Knee In Walmart To Pray
Some time ago, Braydon went to Walmart with his mom, the largest grocery retailer in the U.S. They weren’t there long before his mother started to get worry about where Braydon was.
At first, she scolded him for wandering off. But when she saw Braydon praying in front of a sign, she was curious and turned to see what had caught his attention.
Every parent’s worst nightmare is losing their child, even for a moment. Unfortunately, this happens often, especially in crowded places like shopping malls and supermarkets. This was exactly the case for Braydon’s mom, who was eager to leave Walmart as quickly as possible.
Faith Tap quotes Braydon’s mom saying, “I had to rush into Walmart. I walked around to make sure my son was right next to me.”
When she found him, Braydon was kneeling in front of a placard. He was praying, much like in a church. Surprised, she asked him what he was doing. But as she looked at the sign more closely, she began to understand.
The sign displayed the words, “Every second counts,” alongside pictures of missing children.
After seeing the sign, Braydon moved away from his mother and prayed for the safety of the children.
A Facebook page dedicated to finding missing teen Aubrey Jayce Carroll, who disappeared in 2016, shared Braydon’s story to honor him.
The post read, “I’m not sure who this little boy is, but I want to thank him for praying for those children. My cousin, Aubrey Carroll, is one of them. I can’t express how much this means to me. I wish I knew who this boy was to thank him properly.”
Since being posted, the photo of Braydon praying has been shared over 115,000 times on Facebook.
One commenter summed it up well: “Whether or not you believe in God doesn’t matter. This young boy was doing what he could to help others. If everyone followed his example, the world would be a better place.”
