Mailman Stops To Dance With Little Girl Who Waits By Window Each Morning
A Tik Tok video of a mailman dancing with a little girl through the window has touched the hearts of thousands around the world.
In the video you can see mailman Simon and adorable little Ava dancing together on multiple occasions. According to Ava’s father, Dr. David Whitlow Mail carrier Ian Simon first began dancing with Ava when she was just a tiny baby learning to stand.
After that first interaction he has kept up the fun routine every day he delivers the mail to the family’s home in Portland, Oregon. Simon takes time to stop outside in front of the home’s large front window to boogie with Ava who is inside on the couch busting a move.
Simon has shown that dancing is a lot of fun and life can be a lot more enjoyable when you don’t take things so seriously. What is so lovely is Simon doesn’t have to do it since his job is only to drop off the mail. Yet he does it anyway to make Ava happy. You can see from the smile on her face in the video just how much she appreciates this daily ritual.
In the video Dr. David Whitlow thanked Simon and expressed how much he means to their family. This is certainly a friendship that will last for year to come and a found memory they can look back.
