I started a new exercise routine. Everyday I do diddly squats!
2020 has been an eye opener to say the least. Some of us have been fortunate enough to have extra time at home, so I’ve decided to come up with a new exercise routine. It is very simple, and is perfect for beginners. You don’t need to be a pro to accomplish this new routine.
So, every day after waking up, I have a quick stretch (to put on my clothes) I bend over (put on my socks) then do… diddly squats.
I am using my time very in-effectively. I am doing absolutely nothing, and it is actually amazing! We never have time to do nothing. So I’m using this opportunity to slow down and relax.
Before all this we complained we just wanted 5 minutes to ourselves, and wanted time off work to just relax. Well now we have what we wished for. So don’t feel guilty for chilling out. I certainly don’t. Although it is tough times we should appreciate this and look for the positives. Not everyone is lucky enough to stay home. It is easier said than done, as some people don’t cope well with staying indoors. But if that’s all we are being asked to do to help the situation is sit at home on our sofas then that’s fine with me.
