If you came across a dollar on the street, you’d probably pick it up and take it, right? But if you stumbled upon an entire wall covered in money that asked you to “give what you can and take what you need,” what would you do?
People from all around stop to take pictures when this inspiring social experiment descends upon Union Station in Los Angeles. The passersby were given with a choice. They could either add money to the board, or take some for themselves. What many people chose to do in the end might surprise you.
Though it’s obvious that the board is left in the end with a lot less cash than they started with. It is still pretty amazing to see that so many people took this opportunity to give back to those in need.

It does not need to be anything big or a grand gesture, every dime counts to someone in true need.
