Photos Showing Amazing Visual Effects In Movies Some Of These Are Mind Blowing
Nowadays we all know that lot of the things we see in movies are computer-made visual effects. But due to the amazing skills it is very hard to tell how much is real, and how much is ‘make believe’.
As you will see in the before-after pictures below, many scenes you would think are filmed “on location” are actually a product of CGI and sophisticated motion-capture techniques. The computer whizz’s are truly brilliant and help to bring almost anything you can imagine come true.
1.Alice in Wonderland is literally something out of your imagination, so it’s not surprising there were a lot of special effects needed. This is just one example in this iconic scene.
2. The Walking Dead is set in the wake of a zombie apocalypse, so obviously a lot of effects were needed.
3. Clearly Sandra Bullock wasn’t in real space while she filmed Gravity, but these very real special effects make it almost believable
4.Who hasn’t seen Game of Thrones? While the ending may have been disappointing for most, the special effects are great
5. This scene from The Great Gatsby looks brilliant with the mix of real and CGI
6. The film The Wolf of Wall Street was set in some pretty luxurious settings, sadly not all locations seen where really used as this photo proves
