Good intentions.

I always start the day with good intentions… Then I get out of bed and that’s usually where it all goes wrong!

I always try to wake up positive and with a spring in my step. I do thank the good lord I’m alive and able to live another day. But then after that, it all goes wrong very quickly. I don’t know if its the fact that it takes more effort these days to get up out of bed. Each day gets harder and harder as my bones get older. But unfortunately, it’s usually before my feet even touch the ground that the good intentions go out the window. I can feel the bad mood coming on knowing what the day ahead will bring.

Yes, I’m a self professed grouch. I’ve reached the age where I’m truly fed up with the same old rubbish every day. Each day is a new drama and people moaning about the most insignificant things. People I swear are getting more stupid. It’s making me unsure as to whether its worth getting out of bed. Because of the stupidity I have to face each day. So my happy mood is gone, and along with it the intentions to go forth and do good.
