Get yourself in a healthy mindset and work on your fitness and diet so you can work to your full potential.

Forget short term goals. Successful people will make major long term goals to reach the top. Think well ahead into the future and what you want as an overall life goal. Only make short-term to enable you to reach those LONG term goals.
